We at “FluorEssence” have been learning about Mexico’s beautiful crystals and minerals for about 7 years. We have been taught by miners, club members (Austin Gem and Mineral Society), friends, and, of course, home schooling using the Internet and books. We do our best to correctly identify each mineral specimen we bring to you from Mexico. If we should identify a specimen incorrectly and you have purchased this specimen, you may exchange your specimen for another.

There are no cash refunds. “FluorEssence” will pay for shipping and handling expenses for your new specimen in the exchange. You, the customer, will be responsible for shipping costs (including insurance) for the specimen to be sent back to “FluorEssence”.
